* 1 can of chili beans (alrea...I make mine simple.<br /><br />* 1 can of chili beans (already in the sauce and ready to go)<br />* About a half of a package of crumbled up crackers like Saltines, but you can buy gluten-free)<br />* 1 egg<br />* onion (however much you prefer)<br />* any other ingredient I feel like adding like green peppers, mushrooms, hot peppers, etc.<br /><br />The secret here is the egg. I once tried to make it without (aka I forgot) and it fell apart very easy.<br /><br />I also put a slice of provolone cheese on top and that helps it stick together. Try not to make them too thick.<br /><br />I finish it off with some Papa John's "Special Seasoning" from the little packets you get there and some mayo. Delicious!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
